The following textbooks are recommended reading and should be referenced in your written assignment. Copies are held in the university library.

You should also collate and read professional and policy documentations relevant to your placement organisation, including staff handbooks, policies, strategic plans, guidelines and evaluation documents.

You should be familiar with (and demonstrate understanding of) documentation relating to the professional bodies in physical activity and sport associated with the placement organisation. These are likely to include:
